Questions and Answers: Wollaton Lease Extensions
Hello. I need someone to review my lease extension before it's formalised just to make sure there's nothing that I haven't seen - it's just a reissue with a few small variations.
I am about to view a one bedroom maisonette, although not exactly my perfect property it has enough positives to suit me very well for my present situation. However after obtaining a copy of the title I've learnt that it only has seventy nine years left on the lease. It is also a repossession so I'm assuming that the lender will not be interested in extending the lease. My primary concern is would it be difficult to sell on without a lease extension?
