Hi, I am looking somewhere around or in Rowley Regis 8-10 years lease remaining houses. I dont know if I am on the right site. Can I find lease remaining houses from here?
Hi. I need a conveyancers to review my lease extension ahead of it being formalised just to make sure there's nothing that I haven't seen - it's just a surrender and regrant with a few minor variations.
The terms for the lease on my apartment in Rowley Regis are 95 years from 10 Jan 1988. Please give me a quote for a lease extension if I give you more specifics please?
I'm looking for a flat to purchase in Rowley Regis and I'm not really familiar with the leasehold title. I've found a studio flat I like with a 90 years lease. My research reveals that I can apply for a lease extension after 2 years, but:- Is this a given?
I will soon view a one bedroom maisonette, although not exactly my dream property it has enough positives to suit me very well for my present circumstances. However after obtaining a copy of the title I've learnt that it only has 78 years residual lease term on the lease. It is also a repossession so I'm guessing that the bank will not be interested in doing a lease extension. My primary concern is would the short lease make it difficult to secure a mortgage?
Coming up to 2 years that I have been in my three bedroom first floor purpose built flat in Rowley Regis. I have seventy nine yrs remaining on the lease. I am now wanting to purchase a share of freehold or a lease extension. I purchased the property for 350K, it is now roughly 450k. I understand that 90 years is the period most people extend. I spoke to my lawyers about the process, he answered most of my questions but just have one left: I realize this will cost me 10k+, it is not easy to drop the cash (even if I may have savings) to cover it. What do most people do in terms of funding the lease extension - do they add it to their existing mortgage or pay it out in cash?
Hopefully an easy question for you, how much are the legal fees for a lease extension on a residential property in Rowley Regis for a three bed flat - section 42 having been issued?
I am the freeholder of a property in Rowley Regis and a leaseholder would like a lease extension. Her so called valuation expert has provided a figure of £8,000, but has upped this to £10,000 at the drop of a hat. My valuer has come back with £12,520. She does not appear to wish to negotiate wanting to go to a FTT. If a lease extension does go to a FTT, can I deal with this myself, just armed with the valuations I have? If not, what charges would I be likely to incur?
We have a studio flat in Rowley Regis with a lease of 61 years left with a value of around £410000 we want to add 125 years to it, how much is that likely to cost?
I have a lease of 75 years remaining on my flat in Rowley Regis. We are looking for a lease extension, so we contacted our freehold company and they came back with a quote that was double the amount and half the extension time that the lease extension calculator provided. Is there anyway, without racking up a huge legal bill, we can ask the freehold company to provide their computation of the amount and how they derived to it?
