  • I just completed on a property in Ringwood and it has slightly more than sixety two years remaining. I'd like to arrange a lease extension by twenty years

I do need to clarify things like this before I undertake all the expenses involved in purchasing a property I feel. Do freeholders actually supply their own insurance?
