My name´s Stanley. I’m flat hunting in Kew I'm thinking about offering on a one bedroom ground floor purpose built maisonette online, with about 62 years remaining, how much will it likely cost to extend in this area by, say, 35 years?
I have a lease of fivety nine years on a property which I am looking to buy how much am I looking at for the cost to extend the lease?
I invested in buying a two bedroom ground floor purpose built flat based in Kew with a leasehold unexpired of seventy four years. I am wondering about how much it will cost me to extend my lease term
I am a first time buyer of a leasehold flat in Kew. The lease has only 62 years outstanding and ground rent is £95. Is it possible for the seller to serve the Section 42 Notice and then assign this right to me as the purchaser on the day of completion so that I don't have to wait for the 2 year requisite period before I can apply to for a lease extension or have to deal with all this expense later? I have read this is legal but will it be very time costly to the seller? To add to the complexity it’s the case of an absent freeholder, so I am not sure how this will play out.
My flat in Kew is up for sale and I have a hopefully firm offer. There is 82 years left on the lease and I want a lease extension. How much will it likely cost to get a lease extension by, say,25 years
We would like to extend our lease. We will have been in the property for two years as of 1st Jan 2016. It has about seventy five years remaining currently. Hoping to get a lease extension by way of an additional 90 years as quickly and stress free as is reasonably achievable.
Just a quick question, how much are the legal fees for a lease extension on a residential property in Kew for a two bed flat - section 42 is already in place?
I am currently in the process of remortgaging my ground floor flat in Kew and the new lender that I am looking to switch to requires at least 85 years on the leasehold of my property in order for them to progress matters. We currently have around seventy four years on the leasehold so looking for some advice, guidance, and some quotes to set the wheels in motion for a lease extension
I have a lease of fivety six years remaining on my flat in Kew. We are looking for a lease extension, so we contacted our freehold company and they came back with a quote that was double the amount and half the extension time that the lease extension calculator provided. Is there anyway, without racking up a huge legal bill, we can ask the freehold company to provide their computation of the amount and how they derived to it?
I'm looking for some advice with regard to a lease extension on my ground floor flat in Kew. I'll be looking to do this sometime next year as we need to move at some point then. Unfortunately the current lease is now very short and therefore I'm guessing it'll be expensive to extend. I'm also thinking that I'll probably have to go down the tribunal route. Can you recommend a good property lawyers who specialises in lease extensions?
