I agreed with the head landlord to a lease extension on our flat in Hampstead, 17k for an extension by 90yrs. Are you able to guide us with this situation ?
My partner has a flat in Hampstead which we are about to put on the market. The leasehold has slightly more than sixety five years residual lease term on it and we are concerned this will come up for anyone who may be interested. I am interested in more information on how we get started on a lease extension? Many thanks.
I own a leasehold flat in the Hampstead area and was wondering if I could obtain a lease extension. What are your processes and fees. Has sixety eight years outstanding
I need to extend my existing lease can you assist? My investigation with the Land Registry reveal that it has 63 years left
Hi. I need someone to review my lease extension ahead of it being formalised just to ensure there's nothing that I haven't seen - it's just a reissue with a few small variations.
This flat I have in mind requires only ground rent. Long lease so no lease extension required. I have asked the estate agents as to what happens to building insurance and responsibility for communal areas and if one of the two flats which make up the property wants to make alterations. They said they did not know. I cannot see how one could get buildings insurance for the whole building shared with another flat, either downstairs or upstairs. I do need to clarify things like this before I undertake all the expenses involved in purchasing a property I feel. Do freeholders actually supply their own insurance?
The intention is to sell our garden flat in Hampstead but we may require a lease extension, or possibly cover the costs of our buyers. Are you able to recommend someone to help us?
We have a residential flat in Hampstead with 73 years to run. Last year we were quoted a deal to have a lease extension for another 25 years but also uplift the ground rent from notional to a little more..plus a premium I think of approximately 10k. Finally we have decided to go ahead but do we now have to start the negotiations again?
I am in need of some help with a lease extension. I live in Edinburgh but the property in question is based in Hampstead. I would be grateful if you can give me a call when you get a chance to discuss the case.
I have a lease of 56 years remaining on my flat in Hampstead. We are looking for a lease extension, so we contacted our freehold company and they came back with a quote that was double the amount and half the extension time that the lease extension calculator provided. Is there anyway, without racking up a huge legal bill, we can ask the freehold company to provide their computation of the amount and how they derived to it?
